MEDIUM-ROBUST∙GRASSY∙HERBACEOUS This unique olive oil begins with locally grown Italian, French, and Spanish olives, handpicked and cold-pressed. These cultivars are skillfully blended by expert winemakers from Paso Robles. A nuanced, and balanced olive oil. Flavor Notes: grassy and herbaceous on the nose, slight fruitiness on the mid-palate with a robust finish of bitter and pepper notes.
