2023 Beautiful Earth White Wine:  Beautiful Earth is a white Rhone blend comprised of Grenache Blanc and Clairette Blanche grapes grown on the Westside of Paso Robles from Paper Street Vineyard.  56% Grenache Blanc, 44% Clairette Blanche

2022 Beautiful Earth Red Wine:  Beautiful Earth is our flagship Paso Robles blend, and it represents the best lots from our favorite Westside vineyards.  58% Syrah, 18% Grenache, 8% Petite Sirah, 7% Mourvèdre, 7% Zinfandel, 2% Cinsault

2022 F.A.:  Mac's Bordeaux-Rhône blend!  Renamed in 2021 as F.A. "a thing that has already happened or been decided before those affected hear about it. Leaving them with no option but to accept it." Paso Robles is known for its fantastic climate for growing Rhône's and Cabernet Sauvignon, and this is a blend of our Estate Vineyard, Paper Street, and Armory.  The Cab, Syrah, and Petit Verdot coming off of these vineyards are too good to do anything other than their own bottling, which is why it is a Fait Accompli.  52% Syrah, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petite Verdot

2022 Paper Street Cuvée:  In the Willow Creek District lies Paper Street Vineyard. This land was previously used for barley and almonds until the mid-1990s. It was mostly abandoned until the Dusi family planted vines there. The limestone-white hills, hot days, and cool nights contribute to the production of concentrated, vibrant, and mineral-driven wines.  60% Syrah, 16% Grenache, 8% Mourvèdre, 8% Cinsault, 8% Zinfandel
