This is a limited edition, the first bottling of our 2023 harvest. This olive oil is a beautiful showcase for French olive cultivars. Tasting Notes: a fruity, floral nose, hints of green apple and melon on the mid-palate, with a clean and light mouthfeel; a slight pepperiness and bitterness on the finish.

Harvested and Milled: December 1, 2023.
