MEDIUM∙FRUITY∙BUTTERY Field Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil is hand harvested from Italian and French olive cultivars, all grown on California's Central Coast. It is fruity and rich with a hint of pepperiness and an herbaceous note. Try this one in place of butter with fish, vegetables or even popcorn. It's also especially flavorful in baked goods.
