This 100% Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made only from olives we grow on our farm in San Miguel on California’s Central Coast. We make this single cultivar olive oil by handpicking our olives and having them milled into olive oil by our local miller, within hours of the olives being picked off the trees. This is a beautiful medium olive oil with hints of fruitiness and grassiness on the nose, brightness on the palate, and a slightly peppery finish. We use it as a lovely drizzle over a finished dish, over fresh tomatoes, as a bold marinade for meat, and as the base of a simple vinaigrette for salads.
