Tasting Notes
A bright expression of traditional and exotic fruits, amplified by a toasty barrel influence, and polished tannins. Viognier was co-fermented with Syrah to impart an added dimension. The silky, refined texture is a knockout of the vintage! Ripened raspberries, juicy plums, pomegranate reduction, blood orange, nectarines, toasted oak, sweet spices, oceanfront wildflowers, iron and a hint of graphite on the finish.

Production Notes
10% whole cluster fermented in small, open-top bins, spending between 20-25 days on the skins with a combination of pump-overs and punch-downs during cold soak and fermentation. Syrah was co-fermented with Viognier. Aged 16 months; Grenache in 500-liter puncheons, Syrah in 265-liter barriques. 30% new oak.
