Beautiful Earth is a white Rhone blend comprised of Grenache Blanc and Clairette Blanche grapes grown on the Westside of Paso Robles from Paper Street Vineyard.

Tasting Notes:

Lemon-guava, loquat, starfruit, green-mango, pomelo, bosc pear, fennel frond, stargazer lily, wet stone, flint,  Palate is laden with minerals, staccato, and resonant acidity. Refreshingly taught. Incredibly energetic and lively.

Vinification

The fruit was whole-cluster pressed and cold fermented in stainless steel and neutral 500 L French oak puncheons. Minimal malolactic fermentation. Bottled after six months of elevage.
