Tasting Notes
Strawberry-guava, Pacific madrone berries, nadal plum, pepino melon, raspberry granita, peach syrup, freesia, lemon verbena. Palate is suave, yet youthful and energetic; refreshing, mouthwatering acidity enlivens the finish.
Production Notes
This wine was whole-cluster pressed and saignee. The juice was cold-settled and fermented in stainless steel. No malolactic acid fermentation. Bottled after 4 months of elevage.
