Tasting Notes
Peach-blueberry cobbler, bouquet garni, rib roast pan drippings, Easter lily, tamari. The palate is luxurious, broad, with a savory, yet juicy, and mouthwatering finish.
Production Notes
3-5 day cold soak, followed by pump-overs 3 times a day during fermentation. Pressed into neutral French 500-L puncheons and 265-L barriques. 5% whole clusters. Aged 10 months.
