2020 Cuvée Kristina
Mac made this wine for his wife. It is always comprised of the most elite barrels of that particular vintage.
15% whole cluster fermented in small open-top bins and concrete tanks, spending between 20-35 days on the skins, with a combination of pump-overs and punch-downs during cold soak and fermentation. Aged 20 months in 90% new oak 265-liter barriques.
