2014 Hommage a Stevan Larner
Hommage à Stevan Larner was first introduced in 2006 to honor Stevan Larner, who planted Larner Vineyard in 1998. In 2012, Mac marked the tenth year of purchasing fruit from the vineyard and brought back Hommage à Stevan Larner to commemorate this milestone. Mac will continue to produce this wonderful blend every vintage going forward.

Tasting Notes
Flavors of kirsch, violet, mulberry, anise, graphite, melted licorice, herbs de Provence, and baking spices lend themselves to a round and silky spice-tinged finish
Production Notes
60% whole cluster fermented in small, open top bins, and spent 15-20 days on skins with pump-overs during cold soak and punch downs during fermentation. Aged 22 months in 500-liter French Oak, 50% new puncheons.
