2010 Les Galets Magnum
Les Galets is planted to four different Syrah clones, a mere 4 miles from the ocean. The cool, coastal influence provides a concentrated and unique expression of Syrah.
Fermented in small open top bins, with 40% whole clusters included, the wine spent 20-25 days on the skins with a combination of pump-overs and punch downs. Aged 20 months in and 265 and 228 liter French Oak barriques, bottled unfined and unfiltered
